Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Holistic Nutrition programs managed by Dt. Tarannum Malik. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality of service and nutrition consulting.

1. Consultation Registration Fees

The ₹99 registration fee covers scheduling administration and secure slot reservation for the 1:1 PCOS Discovery Consultation. This fee is used to reserve a personalized time slot in Dt. Tarannum Malik's schedule.

2. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your reserved consultation slot up to 2 hours before your scheduled slot time without any fee:

• To reschedule, please contact us via WhatsApp at least 2 hours before the appointment.
• If you fail to join the scheduled consultation call without prior notice (no-show), the booking will be marked as complete, and the registration fee will not be refundable or transferable.

3. Refund Conditions

We process refunds under the following guidelines:

• Cancellation by Client: If you cancel your consultation appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot time, you are eligible for a full refund of your ₹99 registration fee.
• Cancellation by Coach: In the rare event that Dt. Tarannum Malik has to cancel or reschedule your slot due to unforeseen circumstances, and you are unable to find an alternate convenient slot, we will issue a 100% refund immediately.
• Post-Consultation: Once the consultation is conducted, no refunds are issued as the professional consultation service has already been rendered.

4. Processing Refunds

All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source via our payment gateway partner (Cashfree) within 5 to 7 business days from approval.
